Actually a good day today- one hour spinning- gave it my all:)!

Some muscle building after that:
100 gliding ab exercises
200 various sit ups
The plank
Back-ups- 5 kg: 20×3 reps
Biceps curl- 17 kg- 2×15 reps
Biceps curl- 20 kg- 4×13 reps
